With any purchase from Ben-Ami, you’re also purchasing a guaranteed satisfaction with your item and your experience. Our team members are dedicated to making it happen, but mistakes do happen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before installing the item.

Damaged shipments:

If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact customer service immediately at Support@ben-amiautocare.com with a picture of the damage, which will be required to process the claim. Once our team reviews your information, we will send out a prepaid return label and process an exchange at no additional cost.

Incorrect items:

If you ordered or received the incorrect item, please contact Customer Service immediately at Support@ben-amiautocare.com and include a picture of the item received and the item you are trying to replace. We will be happy to send you a prepaid return label and assist with placing an order for the correct item.

Refund Policy:

If a refund is approved by a member of our team, items must be received within 30 days of your order being delivered, and in the same condition it was received. Refunds are processed once the returned merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse. Once a refund is processed please allow up to 5 business days to receive funds back to your original payment method.
